考研英语书信类作文格式

　　

    称呼

　　

    称呼是书信类作文的开头，和结尾的署名一样，它涉及到写作格式是否规范的问题;称呼漏写或使用格式不正确都会被扣分。这类作文一般以Dear开头，注意头衔和收件人姓名的写法，多数情况下考试说明中会提供，如果是这种情况，则按要求写。需注意敬语的大写格式，敬语后面不应该是冒号，而应该是逗号;称呼局应写在顶格。

　　

    常用称呼

　　

    Mr.【先生】用于男性。Ms.【女士】用于女性，对方已婚或未婚均可使用Pres.【President】用于称呼董事长、总经理、大学校长等Dear Sir or Madam，不知收信人的姓名时用To Whom It May Concern，不知收信人姓名时用实际考试中，一定要认真阅读考试指令中的具体提示，看看是否提供收信人的姓名和称谓，并选择恰当的称呼，以免影响得分。

　　

    正文

　　

    文章的正文是文章中最重要的部分，也是阅卷老师评分的重点。一般来说，考试说明会提供一些提纲或内容要点，考生应按照这些提示来构建自己的写作内容，尽量不要打破这些内容要点的顺序，做到条理清晰，要点突出，行文准确。由于书信类作文的答题卡上空间有限，而且大纲要求字数在100左右，所以考生在写作前应提前规划好几个写作要点。一定要把作文控制在120字以内，不能太多，以免出现答题卡上写不出来的现象。现在的作文都是扫描到电脑上进行评分的，在答题卡上有一个明确划定的扫描区域，考生必须把自己的作文限制在这个区域内。如前所述，考虑到阅卷老师的经验和阅卷倾向，考生在写字母作文时仍须注重以下几点。

　　

    【1】句型和词汇是否灵活多变，避免单调的重复。

　　

    【2】拼写和语法结构的正确性。

　　

    【3】内容和表达水平是否清晰，是否符合测试提示的要求。需要特别注意的是：根据具体句子中表达的相应时间，选择正确的时态。千万不要在时态的使用上犯错，影响成绩。

　　

    结束语和签名结束语一般是一个礼节性的套话，第一个字母要求大写，后面是一个逗号。可用的套话有：Yours sincerely，Yours truly，Yours faithfully。使用这类套语只是写作格式的规范化要求，所有信件的构成可以是普通的Yours sincerely，不必标新立异。最后一部分是签名，根据考试大纲的规定，英文【二】字母式作文签名统一按考试的具体要求书写，不能写真名。按缩进式书写的格式要求，结束语和签名要写在作文最后部位中间偏右的地方。
